My main focus concerning my body these days is to keep a lean, muscular, and extremely toned physique. Along with my weight training and cardiovascular exercise program, this diet has helped me achieve my goals.

Meal One
Protein: 12 egg whites (large) – 35 grams
Carbohydrates: 1 cup oatmeal with 2bsp. raisins = 43 grams
Fat: 1 tbsp. peanut butter = 8 grams
Meal Two
Protein: MET-Rx® Original Drink Mix (White Box)
Carbohydrates: 1 banana and strawberries – 40 grams
Fat: .6 0z peanuts = 8 grams
Meal Three
Protein: Tuna fish (packed in water) = 37 grams
Carbohydrates: 2 slices wheat bread: 2 apricots = 40 grams
Fat: small avocado = 8 grams
Meal Four
Protein: MET-Rx® Ultramyosyn® Whey
Carbohydrates: 8 oz.pineapple juice: 1 rice cake = 30 grams
Fat: ½ tbsp. peanut butter = 4 grams
Meal Five
Protein: 6oz. halibut = 36 grams
Carbohydrates: ¾ cup of steamed broccoli, 1 baked sweet potato = 37.5 grams
Fat: 1 oz. olives = 8 grams
Meal Six (Snack)
I will mix one scoop of MET-Rx® Chocolate Ultramyosyn® whey in a bowl with very little water. Add cool whip lite and a little peanut butter. Mix them all together and make a nice kind of pudding.
Beverages
I am a big advocate of drinking water. I try and drink about 8 -10 glasses a day. I also drink green tea in the morning and afternoon.
